Erica Nolan Named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List

Partner Erica O. Nolan has been named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under US 2026 list, which recognizes the top litigators in the country aged 40 or under.

Benchmark's 40 & Under list is compiled through the publication's annual research process, which draws on peer feedback and client interviews to identify emerging talent in the litigation market. The 2026 edition features 615 lawyers nationally.

Erica is a civil litigator with a growing record of success in the courtroom. Her practice encompasses business torts, insurance coverage matters, contract litigation, employment disputes, and administrative proceedings. She has developed a particular niche representing Emergency Medical Services providers in Connecticut, advising municipal and private EMS clients on regulatory compliance and playing a principal role in contested Certificate of Need proceedings before the Department of Public Health. She works closely with clients to develop litigation strategy, assess risk, and stay aligned throughout a case. She testified before the Connecticut legislature in March 2026 in support of Senate Bill 355.

Erica has also been named a Connecticut Super Lawyers Rising Star for eight consecutive years and appears in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in four practice areas. Additonally Erica was honored as a 2026 Women in Business by the Hartford Business Journal.
