The firm earned a Band 1 ranking in Litigation: Mostly Plaintiffs in Connecticut, Chambers' top tier in the category. David Slossberg was individually ranked Band 2 in Litigation: General Commercial, one of only 25 attorneys in Connecticut recognized in this category.

He is co-author of the leading Connecticut treatise on the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act and has served on the Connecticut Judicial Department's special committee that drafted proposed changes to the state's class action rules.
