Greenwich Speed Camera Class Action Lawsuit Featured on News12

News12 Connecticut covered the class action lawsuit filed by Hurwitz Sagarin & Slossberg agaist the Town of Greenwich and it's speed camera vendor, Blue Line Solutions. The outlet reported that the town never held the public hearing required by state law before adopting its camera ordinance, and that its contract with Blue Line ties the vendor's compensation top the number of citations issued.

News12 reported that HS&S seeks to void the town's camera ordinance and secure refunds for drivers wo were fined under the program.
