David Slossberg Comments to Law360 on Anti-SLAPP Motion in Ongoing Litigation

As David noted in the article, these efforts will not prevent the case from moving forward:
“Frankly, it reads more like a propaganda piece where they're just trying to get a narrative out there at the same time as they're simply delaying the action and refusing to produce discovery. If I've learned anything in litigating, it's that you just need to be patient and determined, and despite the efforts to delay, the McKeens are going to get their day in court. The facts are going to come out, no matter what they do to delay it, and no matter what they do to try to spin a narrative.”
